Photoreal Results!
EXTERIOR
Mass and Form: The structure exhibits a dynamic silhouette with orthogonal forms and cantilevered extensions. Deep eaves with wooden soffit cladding provide thermal comfort through sun shading while adding visual warmth to the exterior.
Facade Materials: A sophisticated material palette is utilized, featuring precast concrete panels, anthracite metal frames, and natural wood cladding to create a rhythmic and textured envelope.
Landscape Design: The project demonstrates a balanced use of hardscape and softscape. The sunken fire pit, with its circular geometry, serves as a primary social focal point, maintaining visual continuity with the swimming pool. Stepping stones and spherical lighting fixtures enhance the site's aesthetic during nocturnal hours.
LIVINGROOM
Material Palette: Herringbone solid wood flooring provides a timeless foundation for the space, while vertical wooden slats (slat walls) add depth and acoustic value to the interior surfaces.
Furniture Selection: Iconic Wishbone chairs paired with a monolithic marble dining table transform the dining area into a sculptural centerpiece. The seating area prioritizes tactile comfort through the use of bouclé fabrics and leather-detailed lounge seating.
Lighting Design: Concealed LED strips and minimalist linear lighting fixtures are strategically placed to emphasize the architectural lines and create a layered atmospheric glow.

BEDROOM
Master Bedroom: The combination of vertical wood slats and marble niches on the primary wall transforms the headboard into an architectural element. Earth-toned textiles and a leather-framed bed heighten the acoustic and visual comfort of the space.
Dressing and Vanity Area: A floating glass vanity and back-lit mirror provide functional utility while maintaining a sense of spatial lightness and transparency.
BATHROOM
Surfaces: Large-format porcelain tiles with a natural stone/travertine finish create a monolithic look with minimal grout lines, making the space feel more expansive and integrated.
Configuration: The use of frameless glass shower partitions and wall-hung toilets supports the minimalist design ethos. The integration of laundry units within custom cabinetry is a rational solution that prevents visual clutter.
Atmosphere: Recessed LED lighting and warm tones transition the bathroom from a purely utilitarian space into a wellness-oriented spa environment.
